Art in Public Places Project

Learn more about the Hunter's Art in Public Places Project.

The Art in Public Places project is made possible by a generous grant from the Benwood Foundation.The project will allow the Hunter Museum to acquire four outdoor sculptures and place them in public areas throughout the city including the Zoo, Renaissance Park and Miller Plaza.

Members of the public were invited to vote on their favorite work of art for each of the sites. See the winners for each site:

January 2009: The Chattanooga Zoo

March 2009: Renaissance Park

May 2009: Miller Plaza
