Conditions Governing Reproductions

1. Use of visual material is granted only for the object(s) listed on this form and on any attached pages and is limited to one usage, one edition and one language. No further reproductions are to be made without written consent from the Hunter.

2. It is the responsibility of the publisher to directly contact the copyright owner if copyright is not owned by the Hunter. The Hunter assumes no responsibility for infraction of copyright laws, invasion of privacy or improper and / or illegal use that may arise from reproduction of this image.

3. Full documentation credit, as supplied by the Hunter, must appear in immediate proximity to the image, or in the section devoted to photographic credits. Abbreviations are not permitted. In the case of television, films or filmstrips, the credit line must be included in the credits and / or accompanying materials.

4. Each image must not be reproduced unaltered and in its entirety unless approved in advance by the Hunter. The reproduction must not be cropped, reprinted on color stock or with colored ink nor have anything superimposed on the image, or bleed off the page. When a detail is used, the word DETAIL must appear in the credit line.

5. Upon date of publication, one complete gratis copy of each publication in which the production appears will be sent to the Registrar at the Hunter.

6. All color transparencies and digital files remain the property of the Hunter and must be returned to the Registrar at the end of the 6-month rental period. A charge of $25 is levied per month for any additional period which the borrower retrains the transparency. The charge for a lost or damaged transparency is $200.

7. International shipping: "Air Mail Letter Post Standard" is included in the fee. If Fed Ex is used, the borrower will either pay an additional $25 or provide a Fed Ex account number.
